In this interactive cooking class, join Chef Ryan for an Italian-inspired menu highlighting fresh produce, herbs and cheeses. Practice your knife skills while learning about regional ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
Begin the meal by preparing a bright caprese salad with vine-ripened tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil and a sweet balsamic glaze. For the main course, create a hearty eggplant Parmesan with homemade tomato sauce and fettuccine noodles. Accompany this dish with a medley of seasoned Italian vegetables. Finish the meal with creamy milk chocolate mousse as your delicious dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

His time in the kitchen has taught him the value of creating delicious food prepared with attention to detail.
