If fresh fish and seafood are your kind of catch, this in-person class with Chef Charlie will have you hooked. You'll learn useful tips and tricks for reeling in an array of delicious dishes with a focus on vibrant flavor.
In this lesson, you'll create a batch of crab cakes and a homemade remoulade sauce to serve them with. Then, you'll prepare tender, flaky salt-baked fish, flavored with the bright citrus zing of lemon. And for dessert, you'll master the magic of making short crust for a tangy lemon tartlet.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
