Cooking Class - Modern Baked Brunch
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Libby will help you fine tune your pastry skills as you prepare a menu inspired by sweet and savory baked goods perfect for a weekend brunch. You will practice working with different kinds of pastry dough, custard and more in this baking-focused class.
For a savory starter, combine rich caramelized onions, tangy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella into a flaky, golden galette. Next, you will learn how to prepare sweet and tender apple scones with silky, handmade caramel before finishing with a delicately balanced coffee crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
