Discover the secrets for creating delicious, customized pizzas in the comfort of your own kitchen!
Chef Ashley shares her magic for preparing the pizza of your dreams in this enlightening, hands-on cooking class. You'll learn her proven methods for putting together picture-perfect pies, from crust to sauce to toppings!

Begin by preparing an ideal dough as a base for your savory selections. Then, learn how to make a traditional Margherita pizza and a pie topped with Italian sausage, onions and sautéed grapes. There's also a mixed green salad with pear and gorgonzola on the menu. For dessert, fry up a batch of Sicilian cinnamon-sugar donuts.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
