Chef Kaz rocks! He lead such a fun class and I loved his self-teaching approach to making sushi. He would demonstrate, and then left you with lots of time to play and learn from your own mistakes. It was great! Came here with my boyfriend as an anniversary treat and so happy we did it. So worth the money, you get to eat lots of sushi!! Thanks chef Kaz!

We used Chef Kaz for our sushi making event. He was very personable and most of all patient with the group. He also showed us different sushi methods outside of the two type of sushi he was teaching us to make. It was an extremely enjoyable event.

Chef Kaz is such a fantastic teacher. He demonstrates everything clearly and is very helpful during his class, offering great tips about how to prep ingredients and how to ensure that your rolls hold shape. Chef Kaz is so organized, friendly, and also humorous. I would recommend his class in a heartbeat! Now I can't wait to try making sushi at home!
