A blend of seafood, steak and fresh vegetables is on the table in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gabriel. He'll teach you how to combine the best of sea and land for a meal you won't forget.
Start by cooking up squash soup infused with curry and roasting scallops. Then, prepare skirt steak and shrimp sautéed in butter and topped with fresh herbs and sided by garlicky broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes. End your culinary adventure with a satisfying dessert, strawberries served with fresh cream.
