Take the excitement and mouthwatering aromas of a Japanese steakhouse into your own kitchen.

In this hands-on course with Chef Chericia, you'll learn all of the necessary skills for creating your favorite Japanese steakhouse meals. Chef Chericia will show you how to prepare artful sushi rolls, slice vegetables, and perfectly sear steak or fish.

Begin with spicy tuna and dynamite sushi rolls, then prepare a kale salad tossed in a tangy sesame dressing. For the main course, cook a filet of steak or fish to juicy perfection to lay atop a bed of mouthwatering crab-fried rice. Lastly, make homemade green tea ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chericia was AWESOME!!! Highly recommend her. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. She had no problem with answering questions or giving pointers. I would definitely book her again!

We had a great experience the last time we brought in a chef and it might have also been Chef Chericia but this time it all fell apart somehow. My wife’s birthday with friends over for a 6:30 start. Apparently food delivery was late then several GPS issues then messaged hours after the scheduled start that she had to cancel. We were very disappointed and tried to call to help her with directions but she didn’t pick up
