Feast on a hearty brunch of chicken and waffles as well as other brunch favorites.

This ultimate brunch cooking class is perfect for groups who want to avoid the crowds and still enjoy a restaurant-worthy brunch. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make several brunch favorites from scratch.

First, fry up chicken and bake crisp sweet potato waffles which you'll assemble together into the beloved chicken-and-waffles combo. You'll also learn professional techniques for scrambling eggs to perfection and creating a delicious berry compote with fresh berries and sugar. To cap it off, you'll prepare decadent bacon with brown sugar and chili flakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef David was AWESOME!! We had such a great time. And David's sarcastic humor was top notch...and his cooking skills aren't bad either :-P Kidding...he was a great teacher, and very relaxed with so many things happening at once. Any level of cooking skill would do great in this class...and probably any class that is taught by David. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
