Begin by creating a creamy carrot-ginger soup flavored with onions and fresh thyme, followed by savory drop biscuits crafted from coconut oil, flour and plant-based milk. Next, whip up chile-rubbed butternut squash steaks, a savory entrée bursting with fiery flavor served with a Greek salad. Finally, Chef Steve will show you how to make a decadent plant-based chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
