Begin by creating a creamy carrot-ginger soup flavored with onions and fresh thyme, followed by savory drop biscuits crafted from coconut oil, flour and plant-based milk. Next, whip up chile-rubbed butternut squash steaks, a savory entrée bursting with fiery flavor served with a refreshing Greek salad. Finally, Chef Steve will show you how to make an airy chocolate soufflé with silky crème anglaise.

Very fun evening learning from Chef Steve, while enjoying delicious food and great conversation. Chef Steve creates a pleasant and welcoming environment - very hygge!
