In this amazing, hands-on cooking class with Chef Cheryl, you will learn how to handcraft an eight-inch tiered chocolate cake, from the batter to the icing. She will teach you her chocolate cake recipe, cake-making fundamentals and professional baking techniques.
Begin by preparing the rich and moist devil’s food cake to serve as the body of your cake. Then, whip up a bittersweet chocolate mousse and some dark chocolate ganache to use as the luscious filling and icing on this sumptuous cake. Each participant leaves with their own delectable cake to share with friends and family.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
