In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to utilize ingredients that can be found at your nearest farmers' market to create stunning flavors. All produce and protein in this class are sourced locally in San Diego.
Begin by preparing a refreshing baby lettuce salad, topped with a simple yet delicious lemon-citrus vinaigrette, candied walnuts, seasonal fruit and goat cheese. Next, learn to quickly and easily craft delicious gnocchi. The gnocchi is served with fresh, local fish — yellowfin, rockfish or halibut — seared in olive oil in a cast iron pan. For dessert, whip up a batch of divine shortcakes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
