Cooking Class - Classic Creole-Infused Cuisine
In this immersive cooking class, Chef Carlos will bring the festive, vivacious Mardi Gras atmosphere to your kitchen. Discover the bold flavors of New Orleans' most traditional Creole dishes, and how to cook with traditional ingredients, like andouille sausage, orzo and toffee.
Begin with a light micro green salad and tangy homemade lemon vinaigrette. Then, cook up a New Orleans' classic dish of Creole shrimp and spicy smoked sausage served with roasted Brussels sprouts before preparing an indulgent sticky toffee bread pudding fit to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
