WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make rich desserts that are decadent, refined, and of course — chocolatey!
For chocolate lovers, this hands-on cooking class will be three courses of decadent delights as you learn how to make three elegant chocolate desserts with Chef Roger, who will teach you his tips and tricks for working with chocolate as you cook together.

First, prepare a creamy chocolate mousse whipped into perfection and a gooey molten chocolate cake. Then, Chef Roger will teach you the techniques and secrets to making an airy chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
