Social Distancing Friendly Elevate pizza night with a three course menu by Chef Madi.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Madi will teach you the techniques behind turning a few simple ingredients into a three course Italian-inspired meal. Master the basics of handmade pizza dough, a foundational culinary skill that can be utilized again and again.
Start with a savory antipasto salad that highlights traditional Mediterranean ingredients before moving on to making your pizza dough from scratch. Once your dough is ready, work on crafting the perfect Margherita pizza with fresh basil, tangy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. For dessert, make sweet and airy, fried zeppoles, a classic Italian-style doughnut.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
