Chef Suri incorporates the perfect blend of African and American foods to create a new and exciting tastes. In this interactive cooking class, Chef Suri introduces you to the bold flavors and textures that make this cuisine classy, irresistible and nurturing to the soul.
Begin the class by creating a delightful fusion dish of spring rolls and peppered steak skewers. Then, boil some seasoned chicken and then fry it before laying it atop a bed of smoky, African-style jollof rice. Finish the experience with fluffy balls of sugar-coated fried dough and a refreshing homemade Chapman.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Suri is truly a gem! She’s an amazing teacher/chef, and has an even more amazing personality. The food came out so delicious. I highly recommend!

Chef Sure was great and fun! The food was excellent with a lot of flavor. I don’t like too much spice, and my boyfriend likes spice. She met us just at the right spice level to make it enjoyable for both. Every course was great, and we got to try an additional dish made by her. I would 100% book this again, 10/10 experience overall. Thank you Chef Sure!

Our meal was absolutely FANTASTIC! Chef Sure was flexible, accommodating, and open to changing our meal when she arrived. Everything she cooked was amazing! She explained every detail and nuance of her dishes and created an incredibly engaging and personable experience from the time she walked in the door! I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect that f this dining experience! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting an a unique and passionate food experience!

An experienced chef, caterer, and kitchen manager, Chef Suri blends West African and American cuisine for the perfect flavor. Her time teaching hospitality management and running two large restaurant kitchens gave her a passion for showing others how to balance meals with spices. Chef Suri has a YouTube cooking channel and is working on introducing her own African-fusion spice blends to the market. She is eager to share he knowledge with all aspiring chefs.
