Experience the charming, modern cuisine of Northern Italy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Lyles as he takes you on a culinary journey through the terrific cuisine of the region.
First, craft a traditional rosemary-infused flatbread to eat with a homemade dipping sauce. Next, prepare a deliciously complex spinach and ricotta ravioli dish and send it swimming in a creamy arugula sauce. For dessert, learn how to make orange mascarpone-stuffed pears and then smother them in a rich merlot sauce.
