Traditional French macarons: A history and cooking class with Chef Amber.
In this exciting hands-on class, you'll learn how to make a variety of traditional French macarons under Chef Amber's guidance. Upon completion, you'll be an expert in macaron history and fancy yourself a macaron artist.
Chef Amber will walk you through the history of the macaron, share techniques for a successful bake and teach all sorts of unique flavor variations of the classic French cookie. After tackling marshmallow and smokey chocolate ganache, you'll move on to cookie butter, a crowd favorite, and finish with Chef Amber's personal favorite: Red velvet!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
