Turn your favorite desserts into beautiful works of art with Chef Amber.

In this class you will learn how to turn the classic French confection of choux pastry into eclairs, cream puffs, churros and even build your own Croquembouche tower!

Chef Amber will get your creativity flowing as you pipe out stunning masterpieces. This class provides a unique pastry decorating experience and the opportunity to assemble a beautiful box of treats to take home and share — or not.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Amber was amazing! Her passion for all things chocolate and pastry shined while she led us through this unforgettable experience! Her teaching style was fun, informative, and engaging. Her desserts were incredible! On top of that, her venue was spacious and very well-appointed. I highly recommend her classes!

Chef Amber was a delight, just like the food she taught us to make! Despite not having much experience baking, our macarons came out perfect and the experience was fun and easy to follow! We had an amazing time in her class and can’t wait to come back for more. Highly recommend!

Chef Amber’s career has spanned states and seas as she’s grown into the experienced chef she is today. She's been a confectioner for a cruise line, a head pastry chef, and the head chocolatier at the largest catering company in Washington D.C. In between these culinary adventures she earned the title of Champion in the Food Network "Chopped Sweets" competition. Chef Amber now pours her culinary expertise into her own dessert company.
