Chef Steve will show you how to create four gourmet dishes with a blend of flavors.

Discover how to handcraft a bit of French fusion cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Steve as you travel from Greece to France for a blending of classic ingredients.

Shrimp bites with homemade tzatziki starts your meal with a Greek flavor, followed by Mediterranean chicken served with a side of tender orzo. Next, stop off in France for savory cheese soufflés. End class by learning how to make traditional French madeleines served with French press coffee, tea or espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
