Join Chef Mickey as you learn how to prepare both Japanese and Filipino recipes in this hands-on Asian fusion cooking class that features fresh sushi-grade fish, Filipino-style spaghetti and more.
Begin by perfectly slicing fresh tuna for a tataki dish with ponzu citrus sauce and scallions, and topping sushi rice with fish for homemade nigiri. Then, Chef Mickey will show you how to prepare a noodle recipe popular in the Philippines that uses ground pork and sweet tomato sauce, and bake a decadent butter cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mickey has worked as a sushi chef for nearly 10 years, and is excited to share his passion with others. As a head chef, he understands the importance of efficiency and skill when preparing handmade sushi and is ready to pass those tips and techniques on to fellow food lovers. In addition to sushi rolling, Chef Mickey teaches classes on creating hot and cold appetizers, decadent desserts and specialties of Filipino cuisine.
