Handcraft traditional Italian dishes using only vegan ingredients in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kirk where he will teach you the best ingredient swaps for dairy and meat in Italian recipes that retain the classic flavors of the cuisine.
First, you'll stuff mushrooms with vegan cheese and breadcrumbs. Next, learn how to make eggplant Parmesan, including a from-scratch tomato sauce to drizzle over the dish, and a luscious vegan cheesecake topped with strawberries for dessert. Hearty, flavorful and filling, this is a vegan meal not to miss.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
