It's always a good time to enjoy the festive flavors of Spain, and this enchanting hands-on cooking class with Chef Taciana brings them home to your table. Learn to create a culinary celebration whenever the mood strikes!
Begin class by preparing a zesty shrimp quesadilla flavored with pineapple, cilantro and spicy poblano peppers. Then, toss together a honey-lime salmon served with savory black beans, seasoned brown rice pilaf and a savoy cabbage medley. For dessert, whip up some cinnamon and sugar lava cakes that take decadence to delicious new heights.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had so much fun learning to make sushi and wonton soup with Chef Taciana. She was wonderful with my 3 daughters. We all had a great time and we had a delicious meal. Highly recommend Chef Taciana!

Chef Taciana and this dining experience was absolutely more then we could have asked for. We were celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and we were staying at an AirBNB, all on vacation to celebrate. She made the occasion feel extremely special and we could not recommend Chef Taciana more.

Chef Taciana was amazing!! She crushed it!! This was a private dinner party for 8 corporate executives. Everyone was blown away. The food was amazing and Chef Taciana's beautiful disposition was equally impressive. Will DEFINITELY use her again!!

She’s worked as a line cook, station chef and kitchen manager, as well as working in hotels, fast-casual restaurants, upscale private dining spaces and yacht clubs. Chef Taciana even opened her own meal prep business where customers enjoy delicious and easy meals. She's eager to share her knowledge and expertise with cooking novices and aspiring chefs alike.
