Learn how to make traditional. time-honored Jamaican dishes under the tutelage of Chef Kirk in this interactive cooking class. You'll learn how to expertly prepare fritters, jerk chicken and more.
First, you'll craft crispy salt fish fritters, a traditional Jamaican recipe, for your starter. Next, make infamous Jamaican jerk chicken with a special spice and a twist on the classic rice and peas. Finally, for dessert, Chef Kirk will demonstrate how to fry sweet plantain cake fritters with vanilla bean ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
