Cooking Class - Plant-Based Garden Feast
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Laura, you'll use high-quality ingredients as you learn how to craft a handful of plant-based recipes that are just as delectable as they are healthy.
Begin with a spicy carrot hummus infused with chipotle peppers and tahini and served with artisan crackers, and a fresh arugula salad featuring pears and toasted walnuts. For the main course, you'll prepare herb-packed chimichurri cauliflower steak served with roasted tomatoes and quinoa. And because dessert can also be healthy, you'll whip up a silken chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
