Cooking Class - Elevated Hors d'Oeuvres
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mary, you'll learn how to prepare four hors d'oeuvres to add to your entertaining repertoire that are perfect for girls' night, baby showers or any casual gathering.
Begin by grating Parmesan to mix with flour, butter and lemons to create decadent cocktail crackers. Next you'll make asparagus and prosciutto rolls with cream cheese. Chef Mary will also teach you how to prepare green olive bites with cheddar, savory banderillas and chocolate dessert toast seasoned with high-quality salt for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
