Master the art of sushi-making in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Liza where you'll create restaurant-quality dishes from appetizer to dessert using professional techniques and fresh ingredients.
Begin by preparing fresh vegetable spring rolls and a homemade assortment of sushi accompaniments before diving into making a variety of sushi rolls. First, Chef Liza will teach you how to expertly slice market fresh fish for nigiri, then you'll create a rainbow roll with tuna, salmon and vegetables. For dessert, try your hand at mixing matcha coconut pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Liza is great and I highly recommend taking a class with her. She is really fun to work with and has great tips if you're looking to make cooking easier. She is knowledgeable and informative - she explains her reasoning behind the techniques she uses and she also makes great food!

I wish I could give Chef Liza more than 5 stars! The entire Asian experience was amazing! Not only were her cooking and instructing skills phenomenal, she was also extremely prepared and organized! Chef Liza's preparation and thoughtful instruction approach made for a super fun time that easily could have been complete chaos with our big crazy group. Even though we were a bunch of newbie's the food came out delicious thanks to her help! I cannot wait to try her other classes!
