Cooking Class - Dumplings and Asian-Inspired Dishes
Learn all about Asian-inspired food, and grow your understanding of Asian cooking techniques used in different countries across the globe. Across four gluten, dairy and soy-free courses, Chef Liza will delve into the various regions where these recipes originated with an emphasis on fresh ingredient sourcing in each region.
First, you’ll create Thai-inspired vegetable spring rolls and an American-style miso ginger salad before learning how to make Chinese dumplings that are filled with either kimchi and tofu or pork and egg. End with an indulgent, creamy dessert of coconut and mango panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
