Cooking Class - New Orleans' Bourbon Street Fare
Explore the flavors of Bourbon Street in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jeffrey, who will teach you how to prepare three classic dishes that hail from New Orleans.
Start with a favorite Cajun appetizer, deep fried pickles, using pickles made in class. Prepare a Southern staple for your entrée, shrimp and grits, which you'll grill and place atop grits with smoked white cheddar. End with authentic beignets served with rich chocolate sauce, raspberry coulis and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
