Learn from Chef Susie's many years of professional experience in this dessert workshop where you'll learn how to make every recipe from scratch. You'll learn basic cake mixing procedures, tips for sauces and more as you prepare three decadent desserts together.
Begin by mixing a simple vanilla pound cake with artisan cake flour, eggs and tres leches, and a luscious bourbon caramel sauce to go with it. Then, learn how to roll classic French chocolate truffles with roasted almonds, and prepare white and dark chocolate ganache for dipping fresh strawberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
