You can master the finer points of fine French cuisine in this traditional gourmet class.

Let Chef Christophe whisk you away to a Parisian bistro in this hands-on cooking class. All it takes is an authentic menu filled with classic recipes and smart cooking techniques to create fine French meal.

Begin by preparing a beet and arugula salad before assembling a cheese plate featuring goat and Emmental cheese. Then, create a classic chicken ballotine featuring shiitake mushrooms, bell peppers and green beans. And for a true chef's kiss of a French dessert, whip up an order of classic crêpes Suzette brightly flavored with oranges.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Beet and Arugula Salad

With cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper

Cheese Plate

With goat cheese, purple endive and Emmental cheese

Ballotine of Chicken

With shiitake mushrooms, truffle oil, red bell peppers and green beans

Crêpes Suzette

With milk, eggs, sugar, flour, butter and oranges

This experience with Chef Christophe was perfect. First off, he is just a nice guy who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Secondly, he made it a team experience and let us be as involved as we wanted to and we sure dug in to help. He taught us cutting techniques and new recipes. Great chef, 5 star experience and will be doing it again!

I don't think the other reviews here do Chef Christophe justice. We booked Christophe for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and we chose the "Asian inspired fare." Christophe is a french-trained chef and shared with us a family recipe for pork tenderloin and even played some jazz music with my boyfriend who is a professional musician to boot. The menu was wonderful and I learned to love quinoa. All of the flavor was beautiful and very nicely balanced. If you are in Westchester or anywhere he travels or does classes, I highly reccommend booking your event with Christophe! We will have him back for sure. Such a nice knowlegable professional!

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Chrisophe. The food was delicious, we learned a lot and had a great time. He even ended the evening by playing beautiful jazz music on our piano. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and interesting evening!

Chef Christophe is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and a calm presence in the kitchen. His menu was as described and he talked through all the dishes answering all our questions. He also let us sit and enjoy the company while he cooked. Would have back again.

It was so much fun to have Chef Christophe cook with my friend and I. Each entree had its own deliciousness and unique flavor. Chef Christophe taught us a few cooking hacks and also how to combine bold flavors that turn the most simplest of entrees into special meals. He was very patient and funny! ! We were completely spoiled, entertained and we learned a lot. This is definitely an experience we will repeat; With Chef Christophe of course! Thank you!

Lee booked Chef Christopher’s Fine French Cooking class and loved it! We started with a delicious cheese board and I didn’t know you can mix cream cheese, lime juice and dill and make it so refreshing. The salad was tasty, the Ballotine of Chicken was divine and the dessert was very tasty while not being too sweet. The only small thing was that the time management could have been better: the class took 4 hours versus 3 hours. Other than that, we loved it and would highly recommend Chef Christophe.

Chef Christophe is wonderful to work with. He is very professional and his extensive training is clear while he teaches and cooks. I learned a lot about French cuisine working with him and loved how thoroughly he explained his choice of techniques. His food is very high end and I highly recommend him for anyone in the area looking to improve their cooking skills!
