Cooking Class - Hand-Rolled Sushi and More
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you will learn how to make homemade, hand-rolled sushi and more, including a classic Japanese soup and a modern dessert.
After beginning with tofu miso soup, Chef Vivian and Michi will teach you how to prepare temaki filled with cucumber, avocado, carrots and mushrooms, and rolled into a cone shape. You'll also craft an Alaskan roll featuring smoked salmon and cream cheese. End your sushi-focused meal on a sweet note with Japanese double-baked sweet potatoes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
