Bring the rich tastes of Florida to your home table with a selection of gourmet dishes created by Chef Kelly for this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to conjure the charm of authentic coastal cuisine in a single class!
Begin by preparing a smoked fish dip served with crudités and a Florida salad studded with chunks of avocado and grapefruit. Then, create a fresh seafood catch entrée served with coconut forbidden rice and mango. And a new take on a classic pie awaits you for dessert: Homemade key lime mousse!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed working with Chef Kelly. He explains processes clearly and taught me some very interesting and simple tricks to use with common ingredients that will definitely elevate my cooking!
