Learn how to create fresh, homemade pasta and turn it into brilliant dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kelly. You'll explore techniques for preparing various pasta shapes, including one for dessert.
Begin with an arugula and tomato salad topped with Parmesan and balsamic. Then, shape culurgiones using your handmade pasta with ricotta and butternut squash, and lorighittas pasta with zucchini and chicken. Finish with an incredible revelation of chocolate ravioli, made using fresh pasta filled with hazelnut spread and served with raspberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
