Learn a unique Filipino-style way to prepare paella on the grill.

Lay any preconceived notions about paella aside for this cooking class, where Chef Nancy will teach you how to make a unique version: Adobo paella.

First, Chef Nancy will show you step-by-step how to prepare the paella, from marinating the chicken and pork in adobo, to brewing the broth and making the sofrito. Then you'll bring it all together to make your paella on the grill. To complement the paella, you'll also make a Filipino sausage appetizer and grill eggplant and tomatoes. This festive meal is not one to miss!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
