Cooking Class - Must-Know Kitchen Knife Skills
In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to properly hold, use and care for kitchen knives while putting your newfound skills to use to prepare a fresh Asian menu.
After teaching you how to hold your knife like a pro, Chef Roger will show you several professional knife cuts and why they are important. Then, you'll prepare spring rolls with carrots, cucumbers, green onion and more, and stir fry to practice your new knife skills. Finally, end class with mango coconut sticky rice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
