Discover authentic Mexican ingredients and flavors during this interactive experience with Chef Loreanna.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Loreanna, you will learn how to prepare a tropical three-course Mexican menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Mexican recipes and cooking traditions.

Chef Loreanna will begin by teaching you how to prepare a Mexican-style grilled shrimp appetizer. Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in marinated pork tenderloin tacos topped with homemade pineapple salsa and roasted jalapeño crema. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with apple cinnamon chimichangas for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
