As you sip your fresh cocktail designed by Chef Matthew, you'll prepare the fondue pot with a variety of cheese and snacks for dipping. Once the fondue pot is bubbling, learn how to perfectly roast a whole snapper and prepare fresh and seasonal local farmer's market produce hand-picked by Chef Matthew. End with a decadent chocolate fondue and strawberry brochette.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Working with Chef Matthew was so great! His specialty is infusions and he really takes the time to explain how you can maximize amazing flavor through that method in all aspects of a dish. He is so experienced in the kitchen and after working with him I feel like I learned so many expert-quality techniques. He is fantastic, extremely interesting, and so engaging - I highly recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills.
