Discover the difference fresh ingredients make in gourmet cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kiersten. You'll cook up a vegetarian menu using ingredients that are farm-grown, table-ready and delicious through and through.
Begin by preparing a refreshing green garden salad topped with homemade Parmesan crisps before roasting seasonal vegetables with gochujang, a sweet, savory and spicy red chili paste used in Korean cooking. Next, Chef Kiersten will teach you the proper techniques to make risotto from scratch and a tangy lemon pots de creme for dessert.

Meet your chef
Chef Kiersten is an entrepreneur and culinary extraordinaire who brings to the table her decades of experience as an executive chef. After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
