Cooking Class - Spicy Asian Fare
Turn up the heat in your kitchen with this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mordechai as he fires up the flavor in four chili-focused versions of classic Asian dishes.
Begin by brewing a spicy Korean chili chicken noodle soup and a refreshing cucumber salad dressed with chilis and Thai basil. Your entrée features chicken or fish in fermented black bean sauce spiked with fresh cilantro, ginger and chilis. Finally, you'll prepare stir-fried eggplant seasoned with soy paste, fresh herbs and chilis.
All recipes are prepared with Kosher ingredients and include a vegan option.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
