In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kayla, you will learn how to prepare a classic four-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and cooking techniques.
Some of the vegetarian recipes you can look forward to learning during this class include a bruschetta appetizer with marinated tomatoes, a caesar salad topped with fresh croutons, an authentic Italian eggplant Parmesan packed with silky layers of eggplant and a sweet and savory roasted tomato sauce, and homemade Italian gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Phenomenal host and chef. My wife and I learned a few things but most of all, we enjoyed our time together learning to prepare a healthy vegan meal. I would highly recommend her and will book her service again in the near future.

We had a great time food was better than restaurants. Host couldn't have been nicer and she was very professional. Your missing out if you don't go to one of her classes.
