Cooking Class - Cooking the Mediterranean Way
With a strong foundation of fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans, cooking the Mediterranean way is both flavorful and healthy. You'll learn how to add Mediterranean flair to your cooking in this interactive hands-on class with Chef Vanessa.
Begin by preparing fresh roasted red pepper and lentil hummus and homemade yogurt flatbread. For your entrée, Chef Vanessa will teach you how to make fattoush salad with minty chicken shawarma meatballs. To finish out this Mediterranean cooking class, you'll prepare creamy spiced rice pudding topped with Persian raisins and slivered almonds for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
