In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Scott, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Greek menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include handmade falafel with a refreshing tzatziki sauce, silky smooth hummus with homemade pita chips, perfectly spiced beef gyros that are sure to earn a spot in your weeknight dinner lineup, and a pan of sticky, sweet, buttery, flaky and nutty baklava for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our cooking experience with Chef Scott was amazing! We loved everything about it. Chef Scott is a great teacher, and a very interesting person to talk to. We learned how to make various elements of southern home cooking with simple recipes that are very approachable and so yummy! (The peach cobbler was delicious!) I feel confident that not only will we be able to duplicate these recipes in our own home, but we will absolutely sign up for more cooking classes with Chef Scott.

Scott is a talented and knowledgeable chef who always makes the best meals! He has the ability to create a wide variety of delicious food that soothes the soul as well as any appetite. Everything from vegetarian and vegan dishes to meat entrees as well has always been on point!
Chef Scott is an entrepreneur, cooking instructor, and executive chef bringing more than 20 years of professional culinary experience to the table. After graduating from culinary school, he began a personal chef business in Los Angeles, which grew into a highly successful catering company. Chef Scott now owns a restaurant consulting company and can also be found teaching classes to burgeoning chefs and home cooks alike.
