Learn best-kept secrets to creating salty, spicy and sweet Indian dishes from scratch.

In this completely hands-on Indian cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a starter, a main entrée and dessert. Chef Sara will teach you how to use traditional ingredients and smart cooking techniques, and you'll be able to smell, feel and taste the whole process. Guests will leave with the knowledge of how to prepare these delicious dishes at home, as well as a recipe book to remember how to recreate them.

Spice levels can be adjusted to personal preferences.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sara was so sweet yet efficient. The food tasted absolutely amazing, and we could just use the normal everyday appliances we had in our kitchen. Sara was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I would definitely book her again!

Chef Sara was excellent on all measures. Food was great. Teaching was very patient, hands-on and professional. And in a house full of teachers, that's saying a lot. From start to finish she was solicitous of our wants, and tailored everything to meet our needs, i.e. seasonings, pace of instruction, repeating when asked, making sure all our questions were answered. Can't imagine what more she could have done. Highly recommended.

When she first came to the U.S., Chef Sara noticed that restaurants prepared traditional Indian dishes using artificial flavoring and additives. Her mission is to educate both experienced and beginner cooks on the importance of whole food ingredients and the impact they have on the final product.
