Over three courses, Chef Chang will teach you how to make sweet and savory dishes inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Italy. Start with a fresh salad brimming with heirloom tomatoes and broccolini, then discover how simple it is to make homemade pasta paired with zesty chicken piccata. Finish the class with a creamy vanilla panna cotta and fresh berries.
