If you want to explore the flavors and ingredients of Malaysia without leaving the country, this guided cooking class with Chef Yolande is exactly what you need. Over three courses, you'll learn how to make dishes inspired by Malaysian street food.
First, prepare light and healthy vegetable spring rolls served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce, then create nasi goreng, a comforting rice dish made with chicken, eggs and shrimp. Finally, Chef Yolande will teach you how to make delicious banana fritters with cardamom-spiced honey for dessert.
