In this hands-on class with Chef Gregory, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Tex Mex menu using fresh ingredients and modern twists on traditional Tex Mex recipes.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a grilled Caesar salad with homemade dressing and a handmade Parmesan cheese crisp, chili- and lime-spiked elote and pork belly with cojita cheese, a stacked tostada with short ribs and borracho beans simmered in cerveza, and apple pie tacos with vanilla gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
