Cooking Class - Exploring Traditional Thai Cuisine
The cuisine of Thailand is rich in flavor, colors and spices with culinary traditions that have been influenced by India, China, Japan and Portugal, and with a strong reliance on seafood, coconut and vegetables.
Begin the hands-on class with Chef Tracy by making curried potato and chickpea dosas served with mango chutney, and potstickers filled with mushrooms, shallots, cabbage, jicama and carrots. Your main course features tsurai ramen brimming with garlic, ginger, coconut milk, peanut butter and zucchini. For dessert, learn how to make lemon cake with a handful of healthy ingredients.
