Begin the hands-on class by learning how to make menudo, a traditional Mexican soup made with tripe, hominy, a red chili pepper base, onions and lime. Next, you'll learn how to make a hearty chicken and rice entrée that features fajita vegetables, cilantro and lime. Round out the class by making perfectly sweet Mexican wedding cookies with vanilla and pecans.
