Cooking Class - Regional Italian Cuisine
In this hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, as well as recipes and cooking techniques hailing from the country's various regions.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a handcrafted bruschetta appetizer topped with homemade sun-dried tomato pesto and balsamic, a risotto entrée with your choice of flavor-packed grilled chicken or juicy and tender filet mignon, and a classic panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
