Join Chef Drake and learn how to prepare a lineup of Southern classics without the gluten.
In this hands-on class with Chef Drake, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu of Southern comfort fare using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and classic Southern recipes surreptitiously made sans gluten.
Some of the gluten-free Southern comfort recipes and dishes you can look forward to making in this class include fluffy buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken that's crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, country gravy to top it all off, and homemade thumb print cookies with seasonal fruit for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Absolutely enjoyed everything about this class. Hosted in Chef Drakes cozy apartment the food was amazing and so fun to make. Can’t wait to try it again in my home.

Chef Drake was all around amazing. The food was great and I definitely will be making at least 2 of these recipies again later. The whole experience of learning and participating in the meal prep was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We will most certainly be back again.
Meet your chef
With more than 10 years of experience in the food industry and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Drake has helped open multiple restaurants and bars in Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as worked closely with celebrity chefs for appearances on news stations and shows on the Food Network. He also worked as a private chef for high-profile clients, both at home and at large-scale catering events.
